Matthew Gluck is the Founder and Principal Broker of NestEdge Realty, a Westchester County-based brokerage he founded in 2017 to offer buyers and sellers a smarter approach to real estate.   Matthew has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers throughout Westchester County, with particular expertise in communities including Chappaqua, Armonk, Scarsdale, Briarcliff Manor, Bedford, Pleasantville, Rye and the surrounding areas. His knowledge goes well beyond individual properties—he helps clients understand school districts, property taxes, commuting options, neighborhoods, local market conditions and the nuances that can make two seemingly similar Westchester homes very different investments.   For buyers, Matthew takes a highly hands-on approach from the initial search through closing, with particular expertise helping first-time buyers and families relocating from New York City, Brooklyn and Northern New Jersey to Westchester.
